Fall Fun!

We have had a great month talking about Fall!

October has been full of all things leaves, pumpkins,

gourds, nature and sports!!

Some of our favorite activities have included:

exploring mini pumpkins and gourds

collecting falling leaves

nature hikes

painting

reading our new fall themed books

playing with all kinds of sports balls!

The boys are continuing to play together very well.

They are learning more about sharing as C gets more mobile!

We have 1 week left of our Fall theme, and we'll be focusing on Halloween!

We'll carve a Jack-o-latern and explore a creepy, gooey sensory bin!

C enjoys tearing and chewing more than actual painting!

K really got into his leaf painting.  It was neat to watch his concentration

and he shows me his leaf on our art wall every day!

 Everyone had fun with all the pumpkins and gourds this month!

We went on lots of walks this month, enjoying the nice weather as long as possible!
Visiting our pond at the end of our street is a favorite.

Rocks are pretty awesome too!
